NEW TEAMS FOR 2008-2009 SEASON League Council have accepted applications,following interview, from FOUR new teams: Bournville Athletic, Hall Green Galaxy, Yardley Athletic & St. Andrews Athletic. Sporting Phoenix & Damsonwood Blues have been promoted to the Premier Division and the team of 'Rebels' have been relegated to Division One. THE SECRETARY INFORMATION PAGE Please note that this page has been removed from the site, at the present time, whilst changes are being made in preparation for the 2008-2009 league season. Interviews for the teams wishing to join the league for the '2008-2009' season are being staged now. There are only limited spaces and the league intend to close applications acceptance on 11th May 2008. Should any teams still wish to apply, or receive league information, they must contact us quickly

The Glades Football Centre (Lugtrout Lane - Solihull) is the Headquarters of the Solihull & District Oakbourne Football League and hosts all their meetings & cup finals.

ANOTHER EXTENSION TO THE SEASON The league have made the decision to extend the season, up to and including Sunday 18th. May in order to complete matches in the Premier Division. The Fixture between CASTLE GLADES and the PRINCE of WALES will now be played on Sunday 18th at The Glades Football Centre, Lugtrout Lane, Solihull 11 am. The season can then be brought to a "successful conclusion"
