NEW TEAMS
for Season 2010-2011
Feature Item - Information - Presentation Packs
The league are now arranging interviews for teams who wish to
enter their competition for the forthcoming, 2010 - 2011 season.
Applications can be sent to the league, by email, and a full, and
comprehensive information presentation will be sent by return.
Spaces, in the league, will be limited and they will, as normal, be
allocated strictly on a "first come - first served" basis.

28 out of our 29 existing teams have now shown their intent to
remain with the league for the season 2010-2011 and, therefore,
spaces will be even more limited than normal unless there is a
flood of new teams wishing to join the league that may see us
being able to increase divisions again. This, however, would be
solely dependant on the procurement of referees as we will not
be changing our policy of trying to provide an official for every
game that is played in the season.

Referee coverage for the current season is, at present, 96.35%
and there is no way that we want to see this figure diminish.

In reply to the teams asking the question, the wonderful British weather has claimed, a record, 100 of our fixtures this season.

The new 'Mark Handford Memorial' trophy awaits the winners of this annual competition, and there will be some fine individual awards for the two teams that reach the competition final. The league hope this will be a real success and do credit to the memory of Mark who is sadly missed by us all.
