It is included by the Solihull and District Oakbourne League within the copy of the hadbook that is then returned to BCFA, as is requested by them of all their affiliate members, to reside within their files.

25. The listing for council members, in any given season, is submitted to the offices of the Birmingham County Football Association, within the copies of the official handbook that they request from the league.
