7. The Chairman and the Secretary of each Club shall complete, and sign, a copy of something similar to the following agreement (which will be issued separately) This will be deposited with the General Secretary of the Competition together with the Application for Membership for the coming season, or upon the indication that the Club intends to compete.

"We (A) ________________________________________________________________ (Chairman) and (B) ____________________________________________________________________________ (Secretary) of _________________________________________________________ Football Club have been provided with our copy of the Rules and Regulations of the Solihull and District Oakbourne Sunday Football League Competition and do hereby agree for, and on behalf of, the said club to conform to those Rules and Regulation and to accept, to abide by and to implement the decisions of Management Committee of the Competition, subject to the right of appeal in accordance with Rule 16.

Any alteration of the Chairman and/or Secretary on the above agreement must be notified to the General Secretary of the Competition and to the Birmingham County Football Association to which the Club is affiliated.
