The Solihull & District Oakbourne League Council reserve the rights to add, or to amend, directives, as it sees fit, throughout any given season, if it is considered to be to the advantage of the league that they be introduced or amended. (See Directive 40 – referring to Acceptance of League Rules)

As it sees fit, the Solihull & District Oakbourne League Council has the right to co-opt members onto the serving committee for any current season, without any authorisation from member clubs, if it considers this to be necessary and beneficial to the league.
