All teams are entitled to cancel matches, twice in any one season, providing they give a minimum of 21 days notice to the League Fixtures Secretary and the League General Secretary, in writing. (Email will be accepted)

Please note that THE LEAGUE CUP and SHIELD competition matches can not be cancelled in this manner.

League Council may, if circumstances arise, increase the number of 21 day notices available to each team in any given season.
