When fines are issued to member teams, or in the case of specific correspondence that has either been requested by teams or proved necessary through appeals procedures or necessary as advisory detail the paperwork will also include an administration fee set by the league of £2.00 per issue.
If teams intend to appeal against certain decisions or fines that have been issued, they should not only pay the fine issued at the required date but also any additional fee of administration that has been levied against them.
If an appeal has been successful, and an administration fee was paid in conjunction with whatever matter was under appeal, the administration fee would generally then be refunded. However, there may well be occasions when the appeal is upheld and the league council decide that the administration fees made should not be refunded.
Further administration fees are referred to within the directives manual. Some of these fees are greater than the £2.00 basic administration fees, referred to above.
In each, and every, case the
decision of the league council in these matters is final.
