
In the same manner that teams register their players for the season, they must also fill out specific registration forms for their Club Secretary and Team Manager.
These forms are issued to teams as soon as they are accepted into the league for the first time or the team is accepted by league council for continued membership status. The league will generally set a deadline for these particular forms to be returned and the requirement of these forms by the league then becomes mandatory.
All details shown on the forms must be accurate, without material being excluded, and a photograph supplied with the form which must be acceptable. (As explained in the player registration section)
An identity card will be issued, and this card must be presented to any official who may request to see it. Failure to comply carries the same fines as for player ID cards.
