
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
Both Home and Away Secretaries
must award marks (out of 100) to the referee by filling in the Referee Assessment
Card following each match. (See example issued to all teams)
It is their responsibility to ensure that this directive is complied with and the Home Club Secretary's responsibility that the card is delivered, within three days, to the League Registrations Secretary, together with the match report forms.
Failure to comply with this directive will result in the offending club being fined £20.00. Persistent offenders will be refereed to the Management Committee who will be empowered to issue a further fine not to exceed £30.00 and / or to deal with further with the club in question in a manner it deems fit.
If a team awards a mark below 50 (fifty) , the club secretary must send in a report to the Referees Secretary, copied to the League General Secretary, within seven days of the match being played.
Failure to comply with this directive will result in a fine of £20.00 being issued against the offending teams.
REMARKS ABOUT OFFICIALS
Remarks (DEROGATORY OR OTHERWISE), on Match Report Form, with regard to a
Match Referee or any Assistant Referee or observations about the manner in
which the game was officiated and decisions awarded are not allowed and Clubs
will be fined £25.00 for any failure to observe this section of the
league directive.
