LEAGUE DIRECTIVE 39
ACCEPTANCE OF LEAGUE RULES

Teams must agree to be bound by the rules of the league, as laid out in the directives manual, for any specific season, of the Solihull and District Oakbourne League.

Teams are deemed to have accepted the league rulings by taking part in the league competition.

They are further deemed to accept that the league council have the power to add directives, at any time during the season, which will be so added as a benefit to the membership of the league and which they will also be bound by.

This acceptance of the rules does not remove the right of the team to appeal against a decision or ruling made by the league council during the specific season. Any teams that wish to appeal a decision, or ruling, must follow the league appeals procedure as shown in directive 26.
