LEAGUE DIRECTIVE 30
ALCOHOL CONTROL

The rulings laid down by the Football Association regarding alcohol presence at any matches is adhered to by the Solihull & District Oakbourne Football League.

Any teams held responsible for an breech in these rulings will be held accountable and fined in line with the standard fines set by the FA in any particular season.

ALCOHOL at CUP FINALS

The Solihull & District Oakbourne League will not allow alcohol to be brought to any of their competition finals, by teams or supporters of the teams. (All member teams are held responsible for the actions of their players and SUPPORTERS)

Failure to comply with this directive will result in a fine of £200.00 being levied against the side held responsible for the breech in rules.

Further, the breech in rulings could result in the halting of a final match, the award of a result, the forfeiture of individual trophies and the side held responsible for a breech in rulings also being issued with billing for all the league and opposition expenses incurred at such a match.

Further the matter would be referred to the league council who may consider that the matter is deemed to have brought the league into disrepute.

Teams should refer to directive 40 for further information about bringing the league into disrepute.
