LEAGUE DIRECTIVE 27 LEAGUE DISCIPLINARY MEETINGS
The Solihull & District Oakbourne League Council may have to call member teams in to special disciplinary meetings.
Should teams choose not to attend the meeting, the council will deal with all of the matters pertaining to the issues under question in the absence of the team who, by not attending, are deemed to have given up their right to reply or appeal.
Teams will always be given adequate notice of disciplinary meetings, in line with guidelines that are shown in the official league handbook. Full details of the reasons for calling team into a disciplinary meeting, together with information on who may attend the meeting in question, will generally be issued to the team concerned within the invitation to appear. However League Council reserve the right to not put items considered as “sensitive” into any correspondence issued by themselves.
Decisions made, and fines subsequently issued, following such disciplinary meetings are still subject to appeal. Teams should follow the normal league appeals procedure (Refer to directive 26)
