All teams are entitled to cancel matches, twice in any one season, providing they give a minimum of 21 days notice to the League Fixtures Secretary and the League General Secretary, in writing. (Emails will be accepted)

Please note that THE LEAGUE CUP and SHIELD competition matches can not be cancelled in this manner.

At certain times, the League Fixtures Secretary may request that any cancellations of fixtures be given within a different time scale. All teams must comply with his instructions and will not be allowed to cancel fixtures after any specific deadline has been issued.

League Council may, if circumstances arise, increase the number of 21 day notices available to each team in any given season.
