CLUB OFFICIALS - ANNUAL REGISTRATION FORMS

In the same manner that teams register their new players for any season, they must also fill out specific registration forms for their Club Secretary and Team Manager. These forms (to be downloaded from the league web site) must be filled out, and submitted, every season regardless of whether the officials have changed, or not.

The league will generally set a deadline for these particular forms to be returned and the requirement of these forms by the league then becomes mandatory and teams who do not return the forms for the Secretary and Manager by the deadlines will be issued with a £20.00 maximum fine.

All details shown on the forms must be accurate, without material being excluded, and a photograph supplied with the form which must be acceptable, should the league not have a photograph of the official already on file. (Details of the acceptability and requirements of pictures is as that explained in the player registration section)

In the past, identity cards have been issued by the league to all the registered team officials. From the 2009/2010 season, onward, photographs of team/club officials will be incorporated into the "league contact listing". This particular listing will be made available to all league referees who may then refer to the details as they wish. The need for a specific team officials identity card is, therefore, made superfluous.

Clubs may also register "Assistant Secretaries", "Assistant Managers", "Treasurer", "Club Chairman" and any other titled official if they so require, assuming that they get the permission of the registrations secretary.

Note : Officials Registration Forms are to be downloaded from the league web site. It is the responsibility of the teams to ensure that they print enough copies for their requirement. This instruction is also the same for all player registration forms. match forms and referee match forms.
