THE RITA OSBORNE SHIELD

A 36cm Memorial Trophy that may be used, following league committee decisions, in any given season, for any competition to be staged and formatted in any manner that is deemded fit.

As was the case with the original 'Presidents Cup'. the original Rita Osborne Shield was one of the trophies mislaid, together with the listings of all winners, by a previous league council. The incumbent council purchased a new shield during the 2002-2003 season in order to re-instate this cup competition. The trophy was retired from league competition 2006/2007
